In fact, I spend about 12 hours per day in front of my computer. I write software, design websites, optimize databases and help out in forums. Computers have been my livelihood for 9 years, but they've been my life for about 19 years - I started writing programs (mainly games) when I was 12. Lately, I've even set my laptop up in the kitchen so that I can carry on working while I'm cooking dinner for my family. I cannot imagine life without my computer(s). Mainly, I like useful utilities that make my daily tasks easier. But I particularly like untuitively written software that helps me in an easy to implement way. Sometimes, I can see that someone had a good idea, but they implemented it in a confusing way. And then someone marries a great idea with a really intuitive interface, and whammo! That's beautiful! (PS: ZigZag Cleaner is one of these). And, of course, in my downtime I love to play games. I'm a games nut. I like arcade games, and particularly word games. Definitely puzzle games. Anything that really tests my intellect, or my skill. And maybe my skill and my speed .... I've reviewed a few software applications here that I like. I hope you'll find my reviews useful. |
